1. Terms of Reservation
   Our website aims to provide services to our accommodation guests
   The use of our website requires the unconditional acceptance of the following terms without any exception. If a user does not agree with these terms, then he / must abstain from using our website and from each transaction with it, otherwise it may be inferred that it has accepted all its operating conditions. The accommodation reserves the right to modify or revise freely the terms and conditions whenever it deems it necessary, and undertakes to inform consumers of any change through the pages of this Website. You must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and book our accommodations.
2. Methods of booking – Payment.
   Booking can be made by phone, via email or through the online booking system of our website.
   During your booking process and after completing your personal information you have the following options to complete your booking:

Via wire transfer to our bank account (Your booking will be confirmed when the total amount appears in our account. Caution: The payment must be completed within 5 days and you have to incur the transaction fees of both banks.
Via Credit cards
The following cards are accepted for payment at our accommodation: Visa, Mastercard.

3. Pets
   Pets are not allowed.
4. Check-in & check out policy

Arrival time: from 15:00am to 21:00 Departure time: 8:00am to 11:00am
Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated subject to availability and an additional fee. No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused nights. Staying until 18:00 is charged as much as 50% of the room rate, while for stays beyond 18:00 the charge is equal to 100% of the accommodation value. For your better service, if you are going to arrive earlier or much later, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.

5. Pricing Policy
   Prices are set based on low, mid, high season rates and per night.
6. Reservation and Booking:
   To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the total rental fee is required.
   The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 21 days prior to the check-in date.
   Bookings made within 21 days of the check-in date require full payment at the time of booking.
7. Cancellation policy
   Τhere are two pricing policies regarding cancellation:
   1) Refundable: A full refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled more than 21 days from the date of arrival. There will be no refund if the booking is cancelled less than 21 days before the date of arrival. In the event of non arrival the full amount of the booking will be charged.
   2) Non refundable: There is no option to cancel the reservation and refund the amount.
8. Occupancy:
   The maximum occupancy for the apartment is 5 guests, including 3 children maximum.
   Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
   Minimum Stay Length: 4 nights
9. House Rules:
   Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A designated smoking area is provided.
   Pets are not allowed on the premises and in the apartment.
   Excessive noise that disturbs neighbours is not permitted.
   Peaceful hours are from 23:00 until 7:00am and from 15:00 to 17:00
10. Internet Access:
    Complimentary internet access is provided.
    The property is not responsible for any interruptions in internet service.
11. Maintenance and Repairs:
    Guests are responsible for reporting any damages or maintenance issues promptly.
    The cost of repairs for damages caused by the guests will be evaluated on the day prior to check out and subject damage fees.
